Can I monitor the incoming messages alone during my presentation?

You can monitor the incoming messages yourself. You can either choose to do this on the same computer as your presentation is running or on a second computer. You can extend the screen of your computer in order to use the Moderator Panel from your own computer and to get the PowerPoint presentation on the beamer.

It is also possible to open the Moderator Panel on another computer in order to filter messages. Make sure you close the moderator panel on the computer on which the presentation is running. Also download the plug-in on the other computer and open PowerPoint, but do not start a session.

In the add-in Shakespeak bar, there is a button which is called the moderator panel. Click on this button and login with the same activation code or login details as the ‘other’ computer. You are now able to work on two different computers.
