How can I upgrade/downgrade my account?

In order to upgrade or downgrade your paid license, you’ll have to go to your dashboard and login with your personal details. Whenever you are logged in please follow the steps described below:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner and go to License & user info
  2. Click on Upgrade/downgrade
  3. Choose the desired maximum audience size
  4. Choose the desired number of extra accounts (if you want other teachers to have an accounts as well)
  5. Choose the license type (monthly or yearly)
  6. Click on Upgrade/Downgrade button
  7. Choose your payment method
  8. Click on confirm
