When I try to test this response code through the shakeq.com response site, I get the message ‘Unknown activation code, please try again.’  What can I do?

This either means that the activation code you filled in isn’t activated yet or you are using the wrong code. If you are 100% sure that you filled-in the right code, please contact us.
